Bankysu Events was born from a simple belief: that the most meaningful celebrations in life deserve the most intentional care. Founded by Tolu Sorinola in Lagos in 2014, the studio has grown from a one-woman vision into a global luxury planning practice that has produced over 250 weddings across six countries.

Tolu's approach is rooted in her own dual identity — deeply Nigerian in heritage, globally fluent in execution. She moves between traditional ceremonies in Lagos, contemporary celebrations in Calgary, and destination weddings across Europe with the same care, the same standards, and the same personal investment in every couple's story.

What sets Bankysu apart isn't a formula — it's a philosophy. Every wedding is treated as a design problem to be solved with creativity, a logistics challenge to be managed with precision, and a human experience to be honoured with empathy. The result is celebrations that feel both meticulously produced and deeply personal.
